All the Dove Cameron fans outta there prepare yourself to see dark side of Dove !

The 17-year-old mufti talented star will play Mal,  the sharp-edged yet vulnerable daughter of Maleficent, the evil witch from 1959′s “Sleeping Beauty.” in the upcoming Disney Live-action movie, “The Descendants,”.

The Descendants centering on the offspring of a number of classic Disney good and Evil characters which follows, Beast and Belle (of Beauty and The Beast) rule over an "idyllic kingdom" with a son of their own, who's waiting to take over the throne, according to Entertainment Weekly. In his first proclamation, the young prince looks to give some redemption to his not-so-well-behaved classmates Carlos (son of 101 Dalmatians' Cruella De Vil), Mal, (child of Sleeping Beauty's Maleficent), Evvie (daughter of Snow White's the Evil Queen) and Jay (son of Aladdin's Jafar). report Variety

“Dove is a multidimensional actress whose undeniable charisma allows her to conjure the many facets of Mal, the sharp-edged yet vulnerable daughter of one of Disney’s most wicked villains,” Disney Channel’s senior vice president of casting and talent relations, Judy Taylor, said in a statement.

 Descendants set to premiere sometime in  2015.
